Customer Success Manager

Your Tasks
- Good communication is our top priority
- Strategic and operational support for our clients
- User Enablement: You make sure that the users can and want to use StoryBox optimally
- Onboarding, introduction and support of customers as well as holding customer workshops
- Support and take over projects for the further development of the Customer Success Team
- Derive customer needs into product requirements
- Technical set-up of our clients’ accounts and development of various image and video elements
- Maintenance and creation of content for the knowledge database (creation of videos)
Your Profile
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in media, communication, digital technologies, business administration, economics or comparable training
- You have work experience in the following areas, e.g. Customer Success, Consulting, Marketing, Tech, Software
- You have a technical affinity for mobile and smart software solutions
- You are characterised by a high level of social competence and very good communication skills
- You are proactive, work in a structured and independent manner
- You bring a high degree of personal responsibility and the ability to work in a team
- You speak fluent German and very good English
